What is it?
Coopmmunity is an online platform supporting housing development groups and stakeholders involved in the development of cooperative housing under a right-of-use agreement.
The project
We aim to respond to the participatory needs that exist between stakeholders, professionals and developers through an online tool which facilitates interaction and decision-making.
The platform has a series of features such as discussion spaces, shared agendas, information pool, proposal and voting generator or meeting and appointment scheduling, all of which aim to help strengthen the ecosystem of people and stakeholders working for Cooperative Housing under a right-of-use agreement.

Coopmmunity is split into two levels of participation:
Territories: places to learn, discuss and connect with people nearby. They provide an online space for people interested in and working on cooperative housing to connect and collaborate.
Cooperatives: an exclusive online space for developers and existing co-operatives to work together. Coopmmunity provides the tools, technical support and training necessary to encourage participation and shared decision-making.

Coopmmunity has been designed using Decidim, which is a participatory software for civic, public or private organisations and institutions.
The first version of Coopmmunity has been financed by the European Innovation Council and EISMEA, within the European Commission COSME-SMP-2021-CLUSTER, to promote resilience and innovation in ICCs. FRIEND CCI PROJECT.
