What is it?

At the heart of this platform is a team of professionals specialised in managing Cooperative Housing under a right-of-use agreement projects and in promoting inter-cooperation. They have come together to develop a participatory tool that serves groups of property developers and agents.

The team:

• Carpe. Innovation office specialising in participatory processes and collective habitats. Project developers and administrators of the Valencia Territory.

• Crearqció. A cooperative specialising in architecture and urban planning, which promotes Domèstiques as a research and promotion laboratory for housing cooperatives in right of use. Project developers and administrators of the Valencia Territory.

• Joanrojeski. Graphic design and web development.

• El Rogle. Legal and juridical counselling.

• Atelier Mob. A platform where ideas, research and projects in architecture, the city and the territory can be discussed and developed. Lisbon Territory Administrators.
